Its an Army Builder akin to, well, Armybuilder. It differs in the fact that it's more of an army calculator, whereby it allows selection of units, magic items, abilities etc. Most armies are covered ( only Daemons and Empire to be added )
What it DOESN'T do is show stats, item ability descriptions etc. Which in my opinion isn't a bad thing. As was mentioned by another member when I posted this on Warseer, it strikes a nice balance between giving enough information to create your army, whilst relying on you ( and rightly so ) to then make reference to the actual army book for the necessary stats and rules.
It's easy to allow Armybuilder to pull EVERYTHING together for you, only to find that there are more than a few errors in there.
The best reference for your army is the army book itself. And this app goes a long way to pushing you to do that, whilst sorting out the basic calculations for you.
It's a paid app ( £1.75 ), but well worth the money spent in my opinion
